Call For a Few Experienced Designers

We provide our designers:
- A friendly, family feel where we support and encourage each other.
- Excellent communication between owner, designers, and team members. An owner who makes herself available.
- An established site (we have been in business 6 years under the same, original owner) with a good reputation, huge customer base, active gallery & forums, and dedicated team.
- A customized cart system that allows you to see your own sales reports, upload your own products, put individual items on sale, make coupons, and turn off your own products.
- Free Quality Control team and store Creative Team.
- Lots of marketing opportunities including free advertising in our newsletter which has 8,000+ subscribers.
- Organized site events to get your name and work out to customers.

You Get:
- Fair commission structure: 75/25 split, we take care of PayPal fees.
- Choice of small fee or product contribution to cover set-up costs.
- Minimal requirements / maximum opportunities (1 new product and 1 site participation per quarter).
- Payments on time (twice a month).
- Unlimited space on our large dedicated server.
- No packaging requirements, no renewal fees.
- Excellent additional benefits for exclusivity, but its not required.

We are looking for:
- Experienced designers who bring a unique style to our store with an existing inventory of quality products that are ready to upload.
- Please have a minimum of 1 year selling your digital designs in an on-line store or blog before you apply.
- Designers knowledgable about your graphics program (either PS, PSE, or PSP), quality control, copyright and piracy, selling in a digi store, and use of FTP software.
- People who wish to actively participate in our site, market your work, and grow as a designer.

In order to be considered:
Please provide a sample including 3 papers and 5 elements for personal use products, or 8 pieces that you have created for commercial use, that represent your best work. Include information about yourself, links to all other sites where you sell, your blog link, and any other committments you have in the digital community.
