Tuesday the Tenth with Lifesong Kreations

Hey folks do you ever feel like there is so much going on that you don't know where to start or you are pulled in so many directions? No matter what you are doing you feel like you are missing out on that "great something" or other? I have been having some of those days lately and that is where the name of my feature designer kit comes in. Do you know what Kumbaya means? It literally means "come by here" and this is one of my favorite campfire songs "come by here my Lord come by here." Today I am asking come by here Lord and guide me to what's important today and help me let go of the things, that when all is said and done, don't matter.

Someone took the time yesterday to stop and encourage me to design out of the joy of expressing "me" using my talents that God gave me rather than trying to be like "mike". She took the time to do so through a poem she wrote on the spot. If she had been more concerned about what she had to do or what she might miss out on...this moment may have never happened.

I am letting go of some projects today to take the time to share with you a poem that I am writing, right now as I type. A poem of encouragment as a scrapper and taking the time for what is important and that is "YOU".

Expressing Life Through Art
These are my precious moments;
they're a part of who I am.
I extend every little detail;
for each viewer to exam.

Through colors that inspire me;
or styles that fit just right.
I place each feature my own way;
in hopes to surely delight.

Just as each moment touched my heart;
I want to pass it onto others too.
Whether it's those in whom it's all about;
or those who just pass through.
